CHARACTER
Name: Lucas
Canon: MOTHER 3
Gender: Male
Age: Probably 12? Game never stated his age
Wing Color: Auburn with a touch of dull gold around the wings' tips
Canon Point: Post-game | After pulling the final needle and witnessing some huge, terrible destruction going on. (The Dark Dragon was granting his wish.)
Canon Point Explanation: It's... the end of the game. And beyond that point is mostly up to everyone's interpretation. No one knows what happens to the island, and along with its inhabitants. Though the game slightly hints they've all survived and are very much well after the incident.
And beyond that point, Lucas is... technically free from whatever burden he had to carry during the game. He has pulled all the needles anyway.
History: Wikibound can be your friend too.
Personality:
At the start of the game, young Lucas is described during the naming session of the game as kind and gentle in nature. His personality actually contrasts with his brother, Claus, who was described to be a lot more determined and energetic than his twin. Due to his meek and timid nature, he's not exactly the type who'd be confident with their actions, and has the tendency to hesitate. Lucas is pretty submissive too, and is seen most of the time following right behind Claus. He's also quite sensitive, and would usually react emotionally. The game even notes this a few times that he's quite the crybaby. His emotional outbursts would then be further cemented in one event in the game: His mother's death. It tore his heart after he witnessed her death, resulting to the poor kid shutting himself in his room and cried a lot more than usual.
Later in the game, Fassad's arrival in the village became a turning point for Lucas' personality to develop. As three years had passed, the villagers, and the village itself had changed. And seeing those changes made Lucas desire to grow strong. It was during those three years where Lucas was forced to gather up his courage, and later became determined to fight back. He was no longer the coddled young boy everyone used to know. Lucas had wiped his tears away and learned how to stand up for himself. He did this so he could be strong enough to protect the village, even though it was too late for him to stop the changes. And it's only up to that point where we learned of Lucas' personality by the time he was given the role of the silent protagonist, and the rest is up to the player's interpretation.
But despite the changes, the game shows that Lucas' kind and gentle heart still remains. At one point, he would later find out that one of the enemies he faced was actually his long lost twin. And when he faced him again for the final time, Lucas only held back, not wanting to hurt his brother. He couldn't even lift his weapon and try to fight back. He doesn't have the heart to do so, of course. And when he loses his will to fight while his brother senselessly beats him up, he became so unsure of what he should do that he even cried during battle.
Though it does not show in the game, (Since, silent protagonist and all.) I have headcanoned that Lucas is also the kind of person who sees and believes in the goodness in people's hearts. He even pities those who have caused him and everyone great pain like the game's main antagonist, Porky Minch, for example. Despite all the troubles Porky caused, he learned of the Pig King's life and misery of being alone, and even felt sorry for him. He does not have the heart to hate or despise him. This also includes the villagers who ignored, opposed or despised the poor young boy during his life three years later. He couldn't blame them for acting that way beause he knew they were only corrupted and blinded by the greed Porky had brought to them. Yet he still has faith that they would return to their senses once more. They were the people that he grew up with after all.(Though it's hinted that they did after the events of the game.)
So overall, Lucas is shown to have a balance of strength and gentleness. These two known traits shape who Lucas is in the game.
Strengths (Provide canon examples and include special powers/abilities as necessary. You may combine sections as needed, but remember to always be thorough.)
Physical:
Though it's shown in the game that Lucas is capable of combat and self-defense (he makes use of blunt objects such as baseball bats as his primary weapon), the rest, he relies on his inner psychic power. He can generate psychic barriers, send healing energy, or pulsate a strong invisible psychic force with his mind.

Leading Lucas and co. to see hallucinations of their loved ones
Anything else?: (This section is *not* mandatory; however, if there is anything left you would like note that has not been covered in the rest of the application, you may do so here. This is a good place to touch base with us on any specialized items your character may show up with, any pets they may receive early on, or anything else you would like to run by us.)
SAMPLES (ALL SAMPLES MUST BE SET IN THE LUCETIVERSE)
First Person: (Must be ten *complete* sentences or longer. This does *not* include action text, though you may include action as well. Only the spoken dialogue will be counted. If you can, please refrain from giving us a generic arrival post. They make it difficult to judge voice and are one of the most frequent reasons revisions are requested.
Alternatively, we encourage you to instead link to a recent thread or a post from the Training Wings community/Test Drive Meme.
If you feel that a first person sample is daunting because the character is not talkative, you may request an IC Q&A. )
Third Person: (300 words minimum. Remember to write using proper grammar, verb tenses, and paragraphs.)
